The Apostles Creed

The Apostles' Creed is an ancient Christian Document often attributed to the Apostles and written under the Divine Inspiration of the Holy Spirit.  Although most likely not of apostolic origin it embodies apostolic teachings and was an important document of the early Church.    It is a  theological work dependent upon the canonical Gospels and the earliest of Epistles written to the Christian Church and was at one time termed the " Rule of Faith ".
